About Shane and Taylor Bua

A husband-and-wife team with the Bua Bell Group, Shane and Taylor’s unique perspectives and experiences enable them to find solutions and success for their clients in the SW Florida real estate market. Shane grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, developing a love of real estate at a young age-his mother and sister are agents, and his role models. He served his community as a volunteer fireman and as a medic in the Army National Guard while attending the University of South Carolina and then earning his law degree back in Pittsburgh.

 

Rather than practicing law, Shane decided instead to continue serving the community directly as an officer with LAPD and retired as a Lieutenant. He spent over 20 years in Los Angeles and invested in real estate while researching the markets, giving him years of knowledge to help clients succeed. Shane’s energy and dedication are boundless, and a backgrounder in property development and construction gives him a unique ability to find value for buyers and sellers alike. A New Jersey native, Taylor came to the world of real estate from a long career in the home furnishings corporate retail space in California. She’s always loved beautiful homes and interior design and became an agent because she wants to help people navigate the process when they’re ready to sell the house they have called home or to find the home they’ve been searching for all along.

 

She has a BA in International Relations from Stanford University and lived in San Francisco and Los Angeles before moving east to Naples with Shane. She’s adept at ordering meals all over Europe, loves nature, food and drink of all kinds, art, design, film, and music, and is thrilled to be in Naples where all of those are at her fingertips.
